Directors Note: The Georgia Southern Theatre family of designers, cast, crew and production staff work incredibly hard and put great artistry and skill into every play we produce. It is unorthodox to single out any particular student’s contribution to a production, but it is also unorthodox to ask our students to bear the emotional weight of a play because there is not a faculty member who is equipped to do so. Fairview would not have been possible without the leadership of KB Higgs our Assistant Director & Choreographer, Daayiah Wright our Stage Manager, Ashanti Jones our Dramaturg, & Gabby Burton our Deputy. It has been their grace, insight, and generosity of spirit that has guided this production, and me, every step of the way. Knowing the word has leaders like you gives me so much hope.
